An actress is suing Harvey Weinstein over claims he masturbated in front of her and later raped her in his swanky Beverly Hills hotel suite.
The woman, who is named as Jane Doe in the lawsuit, says the disgraced producer first invited her to discuss a potential role in his Netflix series Marco Polo in 2015.
But when she met Weinstein at his Montage hotel room, she says he sexually assaulted her TMZ reports.
In her lawsuit, she states that the 65-year-old had grabbed her wrists in one hand, and used his other to masturbate in front of her to completion.

But when the actress met Weinstein at his Montage (pictured) hotel room, she says he sexually assaulted her
The actress states that her next incident with Harvey occurred the following year, when he once again invited her to the Montage to ‘celebrate her upcoming role in ‘Marco Polo.’
On this occasion, she says he had excused himself, only to return wearing a bathrobe.
He allegedly grabbed the woman and threw her on the bed, according to the lawsuit. She claims he then yanked down her jeans and began forcibly orally stimulating her before she pushed his head away and told him to stop.
Weinstein then reportedly used his ‘massive weight and strength’ to rape her without a condom, according to the lawsuit. The woman says she never got the promised role in Marco Polo.
The suit also accuses The Weinstein Company of being aware, but failing to stop Weinstein’s allegedly predatory behavior.
A spokesperson for Weinstein said: ‘Any allegations of non-consensual sex are unequivocally denied by Mr Weinstein.
‘Mr Weinstein has further confirmed that there were never any acts of retaliation against any women for refusing his advances.
‘Mr Weinstein obviously can’t speak to anonymous allegations, but with respect to any women who have made allegations on the record, Mr Weinstein believes that all of these relationships were consensual.’
The actress is among dozens of women who have accused the Hollywood mogul, who was once so powerful that Meryl Streep called him ‘God’ – of sexual misconduct.
Weinstein is reportedly at upscale sex rehabilitation center The Meadows (above), which sits on 35-acres of land just an hour north of Phoenix, offers a voluntary 45-day treatment for men that costs over $58,000
The accusers – including celebrities such as Rose McGowan and Ashley Judd – say Weinstein promised to help advance their careers in exchange for sexual favors, pressuring them to massage him and watch him naked.

Weintein was fired ‘by email’ from his own production company, The Weinstein Company, in the wake of the claims which first emerged in a bombshell report by the New York Times.
He was also stripped of his lifetime Oscars and Emmy board membership.s
Weinstein is currently suing the NYT for $50 million over the allegations he had harassed and then paid off several women over the past two decades.
He is now believed to be in a rehab facility in Arizona being treated for sex addiction.
